Monilek Hospital has a dedicated Dietetics department for the patients. The Dietetics Department provides outpatient and inpatient services. Department is well equipped to manage Therapeutic Nutrition which includes:

- Diet in diseases of Oesophagus, Stomach and duodenum : Bland Fiber restricted in three stages

- Malabsorption Syndrome : Medium Chain Triglyceride Diet, Lactose Restricted Diet, Gluten Restricted diet

At the time of discharge diet cards are given to patients according to their physiological state and biochemical investigations as well as according to their idiosyncrasies.
The Department is soon going to set up hospital kitchen which will cater food to all the in patient as well as for their attendants and staff members of the hospital.
