The department is supported by five fully-equipped operating theaters available day and night. Many senior consultants and a dedicated team of senior and junior residents are actively involved. More than 1500 simple and complex surgeries are performed annually. The hospital has acquired special skills in laparoscopic surgery of gall-bladder, intestines, hernia, appendix, uterus and ovaries.
